THE AMENITIES
Constructed in 2009, Frog Hollow’s farmhouse offers modern amenities throughout, for the safety and comfort of residents. An exquisite 7-bedroom home with four floors of generous living spaces fosters a sense of family and community while providing the privacy that adult residents require. Located on 12 acres in rural southeastern Pennsylvania, this spacious, modern, farmhouse features a large saltwater swimming pool, indoor gym, fireplace, two-story barn for farm animals, and many nature trails to explore.
Live-in co-workers provide 24-7 care for residents in a family-style setting. They provide healthy meals, personal care including medications and supplements, exercise opportunities, and social interaction.

The house has all the latest compliant safety measures including a state-of-the-art security system with central monitoring and a whole-house backup power generator.

The home provides a sense of community for its residents with open concept living room/dining/kitchen areas that support opportunities for both small and large gatherings. The large lower-level family room boasts a pool table, video entertainment system, and even a basketball hoop for hours of family entertainment. Additionally, the screened-in porch provides a comfortable space for gathering during the hot summer months.
